History and achievements: Dadi Institute of Engineering & Technology (DIET) is a self financing Engineering College Established in 2006. It is sponsored by The Sarada Educational Trust which is established by academician, former minister and opposition leader of the State Legislative Council of  Andhra Pradesh Sri Dadi Veerabhadra Rao. His sole objective is to empower the rural youth with high quality cutting edge technical education for the development of the region and subsequently the Nation. The college is making greater strides in the field of technical education and has emerged as prefered institute under Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The campus is located adjacent  to  National Highway-16 at Anakapalle, Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.
